    I really don't know how I survived the roller coasters of emotions of this book, I think I may actually be a bit heart broken. Guess I need to fix that by reading book3. Once again I've fallen head first into another great lila monroe series.

    This had me angsty, nervous and uncomfortable and even a little angry at Hunter for dating ally's sister. Ally is concentrating on her career and Hunter is being well Hunter lol I can't say to much without giving anything away. I really enjoyed this and am looking forward to more :)

    When i finished reading part one of this book i was left with a WTF moment and couldnt believe that Hunter had just started dating Allys sister paige and i couldn't wait to get my hands on part 2 to find out what was going to transpire next and boy Lila Monroe didn't disappoint.This story just gets hotter,steamier and the cliffhanger OMG what a fantastic cliffhanger.
    I cant wait to read the next installment on the 30th September and find out where Hunter and Ally go from there.As everything is currently thrown up in the air both personally and professionally.
    I loved this book and think Lila Monroe just keeps getting better and better.

    The ending of book 1 had me on tender hooks so when I opened my Kindle to find part 2 sitting there waiting to be read I screamed with excitement and trepidation. I was anxious to see how things would transpire but also worried about what I would read.

    I could not believe that Hunter was dating Ally’s sister; I mean her sister FFS, what was wrong with this man, was he doing it to get back at Ally, what were his motivations or even what he was thinking……

    Oh Ally, my heart dropped at the same time as hers when she saw her sister on Hunters arm and yes I cursed her to bits for not being forthright and telling him exactly how she felt about him, I mean come on woman, you love this man so tell him. No Ally had to be all professional and say nothing so it did not jeopardise their working relationship.

    The thing you have to realise about Ally is that her mother has put her down for so long she starts to believe the words; she is very insecure in herself and feels that she is not worth his affections. She was always in her sister’s shadow as a child and now as an adult and her mother, OMG I could strangle her with some of the things she comes out with.

    Hunter is his usual sexy self and if he were real I would be searching everywhere for him. The chemistry is electric between these two and you can’t help but want Ally and Hunter to get it on.

    Hunter does have a past though and towards the end we were left with a secret to find out about and a heart rendering cliff-hanger

    Lila Monroe knows how to write a great book. The story is so well written that you get so caught up in the antics of these two. There is so much chemistry in this book between Ally and Hunter that has you salivating but also Lila has given us a book that will have you laughing at these people until you have a stitch. I loved this book so much

    I can’t wait to read book 3 to continue with these two.

    This is the second in this three part series from Lila Monroe.

    This book picks up right where the last one ended in the carnage that was the "Family Dinner".

    I spent the first 50% of the book with the OMG heart in mouth feeling and wanted to scream at my kindle and at Ally, to grow a spine and fight. I wanted to bash her every time the word 'fine' came from her mouth as she was less than fine with what was going down.

    The story progresses well and the only thing that seems to be going right for Ally is the breakthrough for her campaign.

    Hunter is a naughty but cheeky boy, knowing now that Paige is Ally's sister and blatantly flaunting her....ruses feelings of hurt and jealousy within Ally as she has to put her career first to appease her mother.

    In the latter half of the book, I started to like Ally again, she finally opened herself up and she redeemed herself to me.

    In usual Lila Monroe style she builds the tension as you know that things are headed for trouble and true to form she ends it in a crucial moment and gives us that trademark cliffhanger. I'm really looking forward to the conclusion of Hunter and Ally's story

    OMG!!!! Have you ever wanted to get inside a book and just slap someone? That is what I want to do with Hunter and Ally. The chemistry is insane between them yet their stubborness seems to win out! And when Ally confides in Chuck I totally wanted to slap her sober. I knew that was gonna come back to bite her! I am so ready for book 3 to come out! I am loving this series! I am ready to see Chuck fall flat on his ugly smug face and see the passion and love that is growing between Ally and Hunter blossom and saving the company that Hunter's family had worked so hard for.     I wanted to rate this lower, but I find myself hooked enough that I can't rate it lower than a four star. I'm not a huge fan of super soft serial style books, but Lila Monroe at least is keeping me amused. Alison has some fun one liners, but I do want to shake her on occasion (how in the world a person could stay in a job that treats you so horribly). I also felt the constant plot of Alison gets really drunk and does something was getting a little old. Hunter has me on the fence - sometimes I really like him and other times I want to punch him. Will still be finishing the series because I'm just curious how the conclusion is reached.
