    I liked the first book with ian and lorali and debated about wether i wanted to read alexas story but i am so glad i did, during book one alexas character is throughout and she isnt just a side character, this helped me to decide that i would read about her obssession with garret and wether they get together, the second book was better imo than the first book, the sex scenes were off the charts and the storyline much better. My problem with the first was the rushed ending, i didnt like how SPOILER Lorali accused Ian of being a drug dealer just because its what her ex was. With Garrett and alexa the story was amazing the chemistry was believable, we had two strong characters which made this book work, i wasnt too sure about the SPOILER threesome but it worked out really well. Unsure with wether or not ill read the third book as i wasnt really interested in Josie in books 1 or 2, i would however like to see more of what happens with the other couples though and if they are still major players in the third book then i would possibly give it a go

    This is the story of Alexa and Garrett, neither of whom want a relationship due to past hurt in their lives. They agree a 'friends with benefits' kind of relationship would suit them both.

    Cue plenty of sexually charged situations and lots of hot sex scenes. They can't keep their hands off each other whenever they are in the same room!

    For me, I would have liked more content to the story in the first half of the book. Having said that, once it picked up pace in the second half, it was full on! My heart hurt for Alexa at the end of Chapter 26..... ..and following an unforeseen tragedy, I was hurting for Garrett also.

    I loved how the characters from the first book crossed over into this one and I really hope Jonny gets his own story, I would love to see how his character develops.

    This is one hot and sexy read........I really need a Hale in my life!

    I was lucky enough to get a free copy of this book for an honest Review.
    If you like/loved the first book of this series that you weren't disappointed with the second book. I liked Ian and Lorali story but this one is with Garrett and Alexa both very easy going/free characters who love sex with the motto one night stand no string attached. When they meet Ian who is Garrett's cousin tells him Alexa who is Lorali best friend that Ian doesn't want Garrett to make a play for Alexa. Well you have to read it to find out how they get on, lol. It's nice to still get some details from the other couples and find out a bit more about them
    Great story, steamy sex and hot men what more to do want from a great book.
    I am giving it a 5 star as it has all i want in a good book.

    Wow !! I loved this one more than book one.
    We'd been introduced to Alexa and Garrett in book one so know a little about who they both are, but what we don't really know is either of their past'
    Alexa is a party girl, and only interested in one night stands. She doesn't usually chase guys but Garrett's continued rebuffs at her attempts to get him into bed has her confused, especially when he flirts back with her.
    Garrett ~ He's been trying to ignore Alexa's constant seduction but is finding it harder ( no pun intended ) to do so. After being hurt badly years ago he has a 'one time only' rule. But, for some reason with Alexa one time doesn't seem to be enough !!
    When feelings start to develop on both parts one wrong reaction leads them both to reevaluate their own rules.
    Loved EVERYTHING about this, the plot,characters, sexy scenes were all well thought out and flowed effortlessly. I'm glad we got their story and can't wait to read book 3 .
